Abstract

The catch statistics, species composition \nand seasonal abundance of catfish fishery are \ndealt with in this chapter based on studies \nconducted for varying periods during 1971-82 \nat seven different centres along the east and \nwest coasts, viz. Waltair, Mandapam, Cochin \nCalicut, Mangalore, Bombay and Veraval.
