Abstract

This paper is trying to build a new kind of system planning which can adapt to the complexity of enterprise resource planning (ERP). There are two issues which must be resolved which are the strategy alignment and business process reengineering (BPR). A model of strategy alignment and BPR-Based system planning process for ERP are provided which can be useful tools for high level managers in ERP implementation decision.
