Abstract
Logistics outsourcing has become a new management mode due to the advantages such as reducing logistic cost, strengthening the core competitiveness, accelerating cash flow and so on. Logistics outsourcing brings a number of benefits to enterprises, as well a large number of potential risks. From the process of logistics outsourcing the paper deeply analyzes many risks that enterprises must face in the process of logistics outsourcing, and on this basis provides corresponding risks control strategies to provide a theoretical basis for the successful implementation of logistics outsourcing.
