Abstract

The design, realization and test of a new Ka-band schottky diodes limiter was presented in this paper. Measurement result shows the limiting output power between 13.5 to 16.2 dBm at frequency range from 34 GHz to 36 GHz. The limiter can withstand at least 776 mW (28.9 dBm) CW power.
