Abstract

A k-ka band passive limiter with schottky diode is presented. Test results show that this limiter can works in 18-40 GHz, and have characters of being low insertion loss, low SWR, good at amplitude limiting. It can keep the output power below 18 dBm with a maximal power input of 24 dBm CW.
