Study on Low-Carbon Management of Economic Society Based on the Concept of Eco-Economy

Low-carbon economy and eco-economy serve as a united form of environmental rationality and economic efficiency, and low-carbon economy is becoming socialized. This paper focuses on eco-economic performance and essence of low-carbon economy, explains sustainable and coordinated development of economy and environment in the low-carbon society, and elaborates the necessity of orderly management of socialized low-carbon economy based on eco-economy.
