Evalluation and analysis of Heilongjiang agricultural development

In this paper, based on the country’s principles and policies in agriculture, reference to the evaluation index system in new rural areas construction and the agricultural development indicator system, select the 2007 Chinese 31 provinces the data of agricultural development, set up evaluation index system of agricultural development, using factor analysis methods to comprehensive evaluate the agricultural development The results show that Heilongjiang Province as China’s major grain-producing province, it’s level of agricultural development in 31 provinces in China is 17, There is a big gap with Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other provinces in agricultural development , and agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province backward, peasant living standards of low level, agro-ecological construction needs to be strengthened, and finally deal with these problems, come up with corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
