Abstract

The agricultural of Heilongjiang Province is rich in natural resources,with better conditions for the development of agricultural industrialization.However,the level of its industrial development and construction is incompatible with the needs of modern agriculture.By applying methods of mathematical statistics,and with the state and the Heilongjiang provincial government policies in agriculture,the article established the development evaluation index system of Heilongjiang Province,and proposed the countermeasures.
