Analysis of the Performance of Agricultural Support in Heilongjiang Province

After China formally entering the WTO, the fragile agriculture had faced a serious impact on the world agriculture. As a big agricultural province in China, Heilongjiang Province should actively respond to agricultural support measures taken to comply with the international trend. In order to learn better from the developed countries' agricultural support policies, the article assessed the performance of Heilongjiang Province' agricultural support in the recent decade by using the OECD index system and data envelopment analysis. After data mining analysis and comparison with developed countries, then put forward to some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the performance of Heilongjiang Province supporting agriculture from the scale, structure, object, and labor transfer of Heilongjiang Province agricultural support.
