Abstract
The formation of Hf/sup 4+/ and Zr/sup 4+/ complexes with tartaric acid in perchloric acid solutions was studied and concentration limits were found for the types Me Tar/sup 3+/ and Me Tar/sup 2+/. Formation constants are calculated. (R.V.J.)
