Abstract
Thirty varieties of NER(the restorers of new cytoplasmic male Sterile)(Brassica napus)were grown under uncontrolled temperature and light conditions, and their anthers were used as explants in vitro culture. The influencing factors of anther culture were investigated and the main results are as follow:(i)MS was the best suitable for callus induction of anther culture of NER.And high numbers of callus were induced by culturing the anthers on MS medium addition with 2,4-D mg/L,6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L.(ii) The donor plant age had obvious effect on the rate of callus induction. The difference was significant on 0.01level.Rate of callus induction was increased according the increase of the donor plant age from 110 days to 141 days, and the rate of callus induction was the highest 141dags,so descend according the increase of the donor plant age.(iii)The callus induction was improved by supplemented with 2,4-D or 2,4-D and 6-BA used together.(iV)The rate of green plant induction was increased 2.47 % enriched with 0.5 mg/L ZT significantly based on the level of 2 mg/l 6-BA,and addition of 6-BA from 2 mg/L to 4mg/L was suitable for the green plant induction.
