Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method of determining chrysin and baicalein in Senmen Oroxyli. Method The contents of chrysin and baicalein were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were: Kromasi1-C_(18) column (5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm), with methanol-acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (25 : 25 : 50 : 0.2) as the mobile phase, at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the detecting wavelength at 275 nm and at the room temperature. Results The contents of baicalein and chrysin could be detected by this HPLC method, and got good separation and good linear relationship. RSD were 1.53% and 1.35%, indicating good repeatability, recovery RSD were 1.85% and 1.59%, indicating a good recovery. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be provide reference for quality control of Senmen Oroxyli.
