Abstract
One actinomycetes strain ECO 00008 against Pyricularia grisea was isolated from a soil sample collected from Yunnan. The extracts(FR,FE,MR,ME) of the actinomycete was carried out and the fermentation liquid was extracted with acetic ether. The inhibitive activity of the fermentation extracts against Pyricularia grisea were analyzed. The results showed that the fermentation extracts of FE and ME had significant inhibitive activity to mycelium growth and 99.00 %,95.60 % inhibitive activity rate to spore germination and the control efficiency of potted plant was 97.61 %,75.07 % against Pyricularia grisea.
