Abstract
The fermentation extracets A2 strain of actionmycete isolated from the water of Bo Hai were assayed, and it was indentified to be Streptomyces. The results showed that the fermentation extracts had a high fungicidal activity to mycelium growth or spore germination of Fusarium raminearum, Alternaria longipes, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani, Curvulavia lunata. The pot tests showed that the fermentation extracts exhibited a protective efficacy of 98.31% and a therapeutic efficacy of 96.56% against Pseudoperonospora cubensis. The results of Jack's Eight Solvent System Chromatography and pH Paper Chromatography of the fermentation extracts from strain A2 indicated that the main active components was basic and water-solubable.
