Abstract

The relative efficacy of 9 spray and 7 dust formoulations of insecticides were tested at Haryana Agricultural University Research Farm against the insect pests of mung bean crop during the kharif season of 1978 In sp ay farmulation, the monocrotophos 0.04%, endosulfan 0.07% and neem seed kernel 2% provided good protection where as in case of dust formulations, phosalone 4%, carbaryl 5%, endosulfan 4% and BHC 10% dust were most effective to control insect past complex of mung bean.
