Abstract
The absorption and desorption properties of six kinds of macroporous resin were studied.Of the six resins screened,HPD-600 was the best type to extract flavonoids from the marc of blueberry. The total content of flavonoids was measured by UV-spectrophotometric method. The result showed that the optimum condition to purify total flavonoids by HPD-600 was to control the flow velocity at 2 BV/h,pH value at 3.8 and with 60% ethanol as washing solution. The total flavonoids produced by this process was brown powder with total flavonoids purity up to 53.5%,which was 4.8 times higher than that of the original sample.
