Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of flurbiprofen axetil,tramadol,and fentanyl in the early recovery period after remifentanil-based anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients undergoing the operation for colonic cancer and rectal cancer under remifentanil-based anesthesia were randomly assigned to receive intravenous injection of 50 mg flurbiprofen axetil(group Ⅰ),2.0 mg/kg tramadol(group Ⅱ),and 1.0 μg/kg fentanyl(group Ⅱ)30 minutes before the end of the operation.The wake-up time,extubation time,incidence of complications,and mean arterial pressure,heart rate,and pain level evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)within 20 minutes after extubation were record-ed.Results Compared with group Ⅰ,the VAS pain scores were significantly lower in groups Ⅱand Ⅲ(P 0.05).No significant differ-ences in wake-up time,extubation time,and mean arterial pressure and heart rate after extubation were found among these 3 groups.The inci-dence of respiratory depression was higher in group Ⅲ than in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,without statistical significance.Conclusion Intraoperative injection of tramadol should be used in early recovery period after remifentanil-based anesthesia.
