Abstract
For a long time,due to China's current urban-rural dual structure is not conducive to the development of rural economy,the process of new rural construction was seriously hindered. In order to promote rural industrialization and urbanization development,solve the rural brain drain problem,some countermeasures should be carried out,such as increasing the added value of agriculture land,improving farmers' income,increasing investment in rural infrastructure construction,improving rural production and living environment. At the same time,develope rural education to improve farmers' ability in make a fortune,guide and encourage college graduates and migrant workers returning to rural to strengthen talented workforce in new rural construction.
