Strengthen Curtural Construction in Rural Areas to Cultivate New Type Farmers

During 30 years of reform and opening up,rural economic has achieved great development,but due to many reasons for the rural cultural construction is lagging behind,especially in the less developed central and western regions,the farmer's level of education and cultural quality of is still low.To foster a new type of farmers with morality,culture and understanding technology,to achieve the basic rural reform goals in 2020,We should try to probe into an effective way to cultural construction in rural areas on the base of the reality of rural areas,to promote the building of new socialist countryside.
