Abstract

A review is presented about brush-type chiral stationary phase in high performance liquid chromatography chiral resolution, dealing with design, synthesis and applications, of various brush-type chiral stationary phases (CSP). The advances of study of chiral recognition mechanism are introduced and the development trends of the brush-type chiral stationary phase in the future proposed. Eighty-four references are cited in this paper.
