The review is mainly concerned with the recent development in the Chiral stationary phases of HPLC and the applications of Chiral stationary phase used in HPLC.The advantages and disadvantages of different polymer-based Chiral stationary phases are discussed.The problems at present,the research direction and focus for the future have been put forward.
