Abstract
Jane Eyre is not only famous for its love story,but also for the author’s writing style.In this novel,the author presents a great deal of descriptions on natural elements,such as the moon and the fire,in order to manifest Jane Eyre’s feeling or foretell following parts,and this kind of writing style can easily stimulate readers’ interest to follow the thoughts of the author.This paper mainly focuses on analyzing the writing style,using examples in the novel to present the position,influence and function of this kind of writing style.At the same time,the present author points out the symbolism of the moon and the fire during the analyzation.
