The Hallam Nuclear Power Facility Fuel Cvcle is described. Detailed costs for each of the fuel-cycle processes were collected and, based on the available reactor design information, the overall fuel cycle costs were estimated. The reference fuel for the first core loading is an alloy of uranium and 10 wt % molybdenum. As this fuel is depleted and removed, it will be replaced by uranium carbide fuel. (M.C.G.)
