Abstract

In the past year, reauthorization of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), due to expire in 2003, has been a major issue in the transportation industry. This article provides a roundtable discussion of opinions held by 6 experts from various organizations and companies directly affected by TEA-21 and the funding it provides. The 3 topics covered are: funding renewal, project delivery, and safety/security.
