Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION Broadcast is the process of message dissemination in a communication network whereby a message, originated by a node (originator), is transmitted to all the other nodes of the network. This concept finds wide applications in the control of distributed systems. Broadcast considered in this note possesses the following constraints:
