Abstract

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Operations Division is organized into four basic units-Metro Bus Operations, Metro Bus Maintenance, Metro Operations Support, and Metro Rail Operations. Metro Operations provides telecommunications, facility maintenance, and other agency wide services. Moreover, the Metro Rail Operations provides operations and maintenance services for each of the three rail lines.
