Abstract
Ca-modified thin films (x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.,3 ㏖) were fabricated by sol-gel process in order to improve the pyroelectric characteristics of [PT] thin films. We obtained the crack-free thin films, and investigated the electrical and pyroelectric properties of the samples. As a result, the physical properties of PCT(10) thin films are as follows Therefore PCT(10) thin films will be suitable for applications such as pyroelectric infrared detector.
