Abstract
In this paper a linear, nonlinear, positive and negative electronically tunable resistor which is low voltage and low power is presented. By proper transcurrent circuit, its I-V characteristics can be linear, expansive (kx2) and compressive (k√x). The designed circuit is simulated in an industrial 65nm CMOS process. Dynamic range of the proposed electronically tunable resistor is ±1V and supply voltage is ±1V, too. The resistive value of the linear electronically tunable resistor is extended from 13KΩ to 74MΩ.
