Abstract
In this paper a highly tunable electronically resistor is presented. Its current-voltage characteristics can be positive, negative, linear and nonlinear. Current-voltage characteristics of the circuit have zero DC offset. Dynamic range of the proposed electronically tunable resistor is ±1V and supply voltage is ±1V, too. The designed circuit is simulated in an industrial 65nm CMOS process. The linear version is tunable over the wide resistance range of 13KΩ-70GΩ.
