Abstract

STORM (Stuttgart Transport Operation by Regional Management) links highway traffic management, control centers for traffic lights and parking, railways, buses and the airport for German residents in the Stuttgart region. In addition to traffic and transit information and route guidance, system features include automatic debiting and dynamic park and ride information via variable message signs.
