Abstract

Green packaging design is sustainable design. Green packaging design has become an inevitable trend of the packaging industry with the impact of current world environmental protection. The green packaging design principles of reduction, reuse, and recycle were analyzed and discussed. The purpose was to provide a new point of thinking and packaging design method for designer. The design strategy of green packaging was discussed, then the plans of green packaging assessment criteria were analyzed. The scientific evaluation methods of green packaging were analyzed based on the connotation of green packaging design.
