Abstract

Green packaging design for sustainable development was discussed through consideration of packaging design with principles from the following aspects: the considering source of packaging material,realizing packaging function with the least materials,and reducing material types.Some successful cases were introduced to illustrate green packaging design.The purpose was to provide reference for students or employees to form green packaging design thinking.
