As part of the workshop activities and discussion at the concluding session of the conference, a number of recommendations were made regarding research needs related to data and collection activities. The recommendations are listed in three primary areas: Analysis, Models, and Measurements; Surveys and Data Collections; and Education, Training and Technical Assistance.
