Abstract

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM WAS DESCRIBED IN DETAIL IN ISSUE NO. 68 OF THIS SERIES (SEE IRRD NO. 30974). IN THE MEANTIME THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FURTHER AND MADE SUITABLE FOR PRACTICAL APPLICATION THROUGH THE INCLUSION OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS AS A TARGET OF THE OPTIMIZATION. THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE PROGRAM IS EXPLAINED BY MEANS OF FOUR EXAMPLES.
