Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. Methods A HPLC method was established.Lichrospher-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used, with mixture of methanol and water in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The calibration of imperatorin was linear in range of 0.54~5.40 μg.The average recovery was 99.020%,RSD 3.318%.The calibration of isoimperatorin was linear in range of 0.244~2.44 μg.The average recovery was 97.528%,RSD 2.904%.The average contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 1.465 mg·g-1 and 0.575 mg·g-1 respectively. Conclusion The method is appropriate for the detemination of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.
