The Federal Highway Administration and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials have established the SHRP 2 Implementation Assistance Program to improve and accelerate the deployment of solutions from the second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) by state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, and local or tribal transportation agencies.
