Abstract
Traffic problems are composed of three elements: passenger cars, trucks, and mass transit facilities. Additionally, the multitude of vehicles on the streets suggests that the street facilities are not adequate. This article will deal with the truck traffic problem and arrangements under which it can be simplified.
