Abstract

Toll plaza on highway has seriously influenced on highway operation and management. At present there are not suitable methodologies for service level analysis of planning, designing, operating and managing of toll plaza in our country. On the basis of comparing several existing methodologies in detail, in this paper the authors developed a new methodology for service level analysis of toll plaza, and gave designing analysis and operating analysis steps.
