Abstract

SC3 members of TC9 Supporting Committee setup in Japanese Geotechnical Society summarized the current state of Japanese design manuals for reinforced soil wall with considering the development of design code such as ISO, Eurocode and AASHTO. In the present paper, the authors introduce the current state and consider some task to establish the comprehensive design manual having accountability in order to keep up with the development of design code.
