Abstract
It is shown on several examples how calculations of wave resistance may be made on the basis of presently available theoretical results. A simplified method is presented for approximate results which are used for optimum form design of a ship. The results obtained from calculation have been tested on models. Some unusual ship forms have also been considered. In German.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
