Abstract

One of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) regional commuter assistance programs, Gold Coast Commuter Services (GCCS), has developed and initiated a survey process to define the micro and macro travel patterns of the commuters of South Florida. The survey identifies smaller, site specific commuter needs and simultaneously incorporates the information into an expanded regional travel pattern database.
