Abstract
Effects of hormone, florescence, corolla state, light and pH value on inducing callus of Patriot blueberry anther in vitro were studied. The results showed that:WPM+BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L medium was most suitable for anther callus induction.Corolla with 2:1 of length and width during full flowering stage was the best period for sample collection.Culture under darkness condition promoted the callus induction of blueberry anther, with an induction rate of 56.67%.There were no obvious differences in callus induction rate when medium pH value varied from 4.98 to 5.50.
