Abstract
The purpose was to find the optimum conditions and formula of inducing loquat anther callus.With loquat anther as tested material,the influences of temperature,sucrose concentration and hormone on inducing loquat anther callus were studied by complete combination design.Low temperature treatment made little influences on callus formation.Compared with CK,the callus induction was lower along with low-temperature time prolonging.The effect of inducing anther callus with 30 g/L sucrose was better,with the induction rate of 62.5%.The induction rate of MS medium added with 1 mg/L 2,4-D and 2 mg/L 6-BA was highest,being 90.00%.The medium of MS+0.25 mg/L6-BA +1 mg/LNAA was most favorable to callus proliferation.The sucrose with high concentration was not favorable to callus formation.2,4-D and 6-BA with certain concentration had greater influences on loquat anther callus and 2,4-D played leading role.
