Abstract
Tricyclazole residue in rice was extracted with ethyl acetate, and injected into gas chromatograph after concentration.Tricyclazole residue in rice was separated with capillary column DB-1 and determinated with FPD-S.The results showed that the standard curve meet the quadratic equation y=41.35x~2-15.73x+52.23,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The recovery ratio was 95.3 %,the RSD 3.01 %,and the detection limit 0.5 mg/ kg.The method had merits of simplicity, accuracy and rapidity.
