Abstract
The study was conducted to determine the effect of different doses of humic acid (control, 30, 60 and 90 kg/da) and Rhizobium inoculation (with and without) on the yield and yield components in lentil (cv. Sultan-I) in 2008 and 2009. Triasl were laid out in a split plot design with three replications. In the study were investigated yield and yield components such as plant height, root and shoot dry weight per plant, nodules number per plant, pod number per plant, seed yield, biological yield, harvest index, 1000-seed weight and protein rate in seed. According to the results, Rhizobium inoculation as well as increasing doses of humic acid proved significantly increases in yield and yield components. The highest seed yields in 2008 and 2009 were obtained from 90 kg HA/da application with 96.7 kg/da and 134.5 kg/da , respectively. Similarly the highest seed yields were obtained from cv Gökçe with 88.3 kg/da and 136.2 kg/da in 2009 and 2010, respectively
