Adjustment of the mechanism of national economic security of the RF: concept, threats, and solutions in conditions of economic instability

Данная статья посвящена определению основных условий обеспечения национальной экономической безопасности, раскрытию их сущности и выработке эффективных методов ее регулирования. В основу исследования был положен опыт обеспечения данного вида национальной безопасности различных государств, преимущественно России. Сделанные выводы могут быть эффективно использованы при решении проблем обеспечения и регулирования национальной экономической безопасности в Российской Федерации. Актуальность статьи заключается в высоком значении национальной экономической безопасности для стабильного развития государства и общества. Целью исследования является анализ основных аспектов национальной экономической безопасности в России и за рубежом, выявление условий, необходимых для ее осуществления, а также определение путей обеспечения экономической безопасности для Российской Федерации. Объектом исследования является национальная экономическая безопасность России. Предметом исследования являются методы, механизмы, инструменты и технологии функционирования экономических систем и институциональных преобразований, входящие в состав национальной экономической безопасности. Теоретико-методологической основой и информационной базой исследования являются научные публикации и материалы различных ученых, как зарубежных, так и отечественных. the problem of national economic security is one of the main areas of research in economic theory. The study was based on the experience of ensuring this type of national security of various states, mainly Russia. The conclusions drawn can be effectively used in solving the problems of ensuring and regulating national economic security in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the article lies in the high importance of national economic security for the stable development of the state and society. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of national economic security in Russia and abroad, to identify the conditions necessary for its implementation, as well as to determine ways to ensure economic security for the Russian Federation. The object of the study is the national economic security of Russia. The subject of the study is the methods, mechanisms, tools, and technologies for the functioning of economic systems and institutional transformations that are part of national economic security. The theoretical and methodological basis and information base of the research are scientific publications and materials of various scientists, both foreign and domestic. Materials posted on the Internet, media publications, and statistical data from open sources will also be used.
