Evolution of national economic security paradigm for national security strategic ensuring

The article discusses the development of national economic security in the interests of the national security strategic ensuring and forming of «national economic security» consensus definition. Methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, dialectics were used in the process of the national economic security evolution investigation. On the basis of conducted research, it can be concluded that the national economic security is a complex and multifaceted public phenomenon, which is characterized by different essential features and forms of manifestation. A consensus definition of «national economic security» in the interests of the national security strategic ensuring was formed for the first time. Evaluation of definitions, given by Ukrainian researchers, and also the definitions, existing in regulatory legal acts, allows to define five approaches to understanding the concept of «national economic security».
