THEORETICAL PROVISIONS OF OVERBURDEN FORMATION IN QUARRY EXCAVATION WITH THE USE OF DRAGLINE

Abstract

A methodological approach is proposed to establish the relationship between the parameters of the quarry excavation and the working parameters of the dump equipment, which makes it possible to give a forecast estimate of the capacity of the quarry excavation for placing overburden rocks in the dump remaining from the development of coal seams in the form of a synclinal fold. A three-dimensional model of a quarry excavation with the placement of overburden rocks using a dragline has been developed. The results of calculations are presented, allowing to estimate the volume and time of placement of overburden rocks in a quarry excavation using a dragline, depending on the parameters of the quarry excavation and the performance of draglines.
