Abstract
A VANET is a particular kind of network that was developed with the idea of constructing a network of cars for a particular demand or circumstance. When there is no infrastructure and it is essential to transmit information for saving lives, one of the main applications of VANET is in catastrophic medical emergencies. In a specific context, communication between moving cars is handled via vehicular ad hoc networks. Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication is the direct communication between two vehicles. Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) communication is the communication between a vehicle and an infrastructure, such as a Road Side Unit (RSU).
