They can be planned in detail, but always must remain flexible to allow as much opportunity as possible for discussion and feedback from students. They must include (1) the task of the trainer, (2) the teaching materials and equipment used, (3) the proposed activity by the trainer, (4) the proposed activity by the students, and (5) the trainer-student interaction.
